A few words about our Gallery

GONDWANA AFRICAN ART

Who are we?

Passionate about art, travel and distant cultures since always, I worked as a pharmacist in a company exporting medicines to Sub-Saharan Africa but looking for more meaning I gave up my career in 2020 to devote myself fully to my passions and open a gallery in Marseille! All the pieces on sale at GONDWANA AFRICAN ART are intended to enhance your interior with objects that have meaning, a story and a soul! Very trendy, the small wooden furniture, with its refined design brings a sought-after ethnic touch to interior decoration! So I offer a wide choice of old African seats and stools: Baoulé chairs from Ivory Coast, Senoufo stools, Lobi, Ashanti seats from Ghana ... ritual dance masks and statues of West African ethnic groups for collectors and connoisseurs of tribal art, also a nice selection of emblematic and everyday objects of African craftsmanship such as traditional pottery, old indigo loincloths, large wooden Tuareg dishes, musical instruments, slingshots, mortars ... In the heart of the Phocaean city, I welcome you to GONDWANA AFRICAN ART from Wednesday to Saturday, do not hesitate to consult my site, to contact me and to visit me!
