Fine late 19th century French trimmings comprising a pair of candlesticks and a clock in a matching set. The trimmings are boldly molded with a rococo influence in the Louis XV style, decorated with a beautiful champlevé teardrop at the base of each piece. The five-branch candlesticks feature a champlevé ribbon along the central column leading to the base of the branches. Each sconce is decorated with champlevé accents. The central clock features a champlevé dial and Roman numerals surrounded by abstract shields. The clock features an all-over gold finish.
