Finely chased gilt bronze clock depicting a woman draped in antique style, perhaps a vestal virgin, standing by a fire and holding a butterfly in her hand, a guitar on a cushion on the other side of the dial, a floral wreath underneath, base decorated with a cherub holding two garlands of flowers, 1st Empire period, early 19th century.
