Wool and silk tapestry from the early 18th century.

The design of this tapestry is meticulous, with a search for depth thanks to the succession of different planes. The perception of foliage volume is finely conveyed by light green tones juxtaposed with darker ones, and by flashes of light introduced in dabs, thanks to the use of golden yellow silk at the ends of the leaves. These touches of light also help to guide the reading direction, as the sun's rays penetrate the greenery from the left.

The tapestry is in a good state of preservation, fully lined, and has a hook fastening system. Old restorations are to be noted. It is ready to hang.
