Sauceboat with adherent silver-plated tray, late 19th century, zoomorphic swan-neck handle, frieze of rais de cœur on the rim of the saucer, the base of the pedestal and the rim of the tray;

Good condition, traces and micro-scratches of use, slight wear of silvering around the edge of the tray and wear under the tray. These marks of time and use are to be expected on an antique object, but are not noticeable in use and in no way detract from the object's elegance. To be compared with the Malmaison model by Christofle.

Tray dimensions 26 x 16.5cm, including gooseneck height 15cm approx.
