Louis XV solid silver oil and vinegar cruet, 18th century, beautiful model decorated with foliage and shells.

Our piece is accompanied by two 18th century cut and gilt glass bottles.

It bears the hallmarks of the Farmers General of Paris (charge and discharge for large works 1775-1781, crowned O hallmark for Paris, year 1777), and the hallmark of silversmith Pierre-François Rigal, active from 1770.

In excellent condition, recently repolished.
