    62-piece silver-plated cutlery set from Maison Christofle*, net model, including 12 place settings, 12 dessert settings, 12 small spoons, a serving spoon and a ladle, monogram on the handle, in its original box, vintage 20th century.
    This housewife is in perfect condition. The cutlery is hallmarked, the box is signed.
    Note: some scratches on the box, slight wear over time, see photos.
    *Christofle
    is a French goldsmith brand, founded in 1830 by Charles Christofle. Its master goldsmith's hallmarks were registered in 1845, the date of the first “silver goldsmith” factory. At the end of the 19th century, the Christofle house now produced silver-plated objects. In 1851, Emperor Napoleon III ordered all the official table services of the Empire from Christofle. From the second half of the 19th century, Christofle also became the supplier to ministries, embassies, parliaments around the world, but also to luxury hotels, maritime and railway companies, both French and foreign.
