Fish Service Cutlery in STERLING SILVER and filled silver handle from the end of the 19th century
The upper part is openworked with floral decoration and musical attributes, the same attributes found on the top of the sleeves.
It is hallmarked, Minerva 1st title (950/1000) and goldsmith’s hallmark Doutre Roussel
The upper part has no hallmark, but test with a touchstone.
