    Master goldsmith : Eugène Queillé or his son Elvire Queillé
    This is a great family of silversmiths of the 19th century established over nearly a century.
    On February 11, 1847 Eugène insculpts his hallmark which he keeps from his grandfather and his father Pierre François Queillé père (hence the initials PQ) and works at 8 rue Saint Roch Poissonnière in Paris.
    In 1874 the workshops moved to 11 rue des petits-Carreaux, his son Elvire worked with him using his punch until 1880, the year of Eugène Queillé's death. Elvire continues to use the punch until 1895.
