Boxes of 4 serving cutlery in hallmarked silver MINERVE model GORDIAN KNOT: salad spoon and fork (ivory ends) + cutting knife and fork.
The wooden box, covered in morocco style and lined internally with blue silk, is engraved with the imperial initials N.E. under a golden crown for Napoleon III and Eugénie.
27.5 and 32 cm length for cutlery.
Box: 35.5 x 16 cm.
Good condition. The box is missing a clasp. Some marks and scratches from use on the cutlery.
