Set of 6 solid Art Nouveau silver spoons in a box.
Goldsmith's mark Adolphe BOULENGER. Full name surmounting a crescent. Indicted on 06/23/1876 and struck out on 04/09/1899.
Minerva hallmark 1st title 950/1000.
Total weight of the 6 pieces excluding the box 168 g, i.e. a fairly large average weight of 28 g per spoon.
The green box is clean and in good condition. The lid is highlighted with fine gilding friezes.
The handles are decorated on both sides with fine interlacing of foliage typical of Art Nouveau.
No shocks or significant scratches, micro scratches from use.
Beautiful quality set of which we also have 12 pieces in a box which will soon be visible in our gallery.
