Louis XVI style piano stool with adjustable height. Period Mid-19th century. In stained solid beech, it rests on four legs and a central column connected by a four-branch spacer. The legs and the column are spindle-shaped and darkened with grooves, surmounting connecting dice. The belt is decorated with a frieze of finely carved heart-shaped rais-de-coeur. The seat mounted on a screw is adjustable in height from 51 cm to 61 cm. The whole is perfectly functional and stable. The upholstery is in very good condition but the fabric is stained. Note a small restoration on a connecting dice.
