Thonet N°10 chair circa 1870/1875, walnut stain, trapezoid seat This piece has a collector's look and can easily be used on a daily basis, perfect condition!
The N°10 chair is not a frequent model, and was largely surpassed in quantity by the N°11 (oval caned medallion in the backrest). Its simplicity and sobriety make it quite sought-after.
The front legs are enlivened by a turned capital, the seat belt is trapezoidal (43cmX42cm).original lateral reinforcements.
Seat height: 47 cm, total height: 93 cm.
Very good condition, excellent axial symmetry. First stamp -1b- under the seat.
New six-thread manual reed (about ten years old).
