Set of two Chairs with solid Blond Cherry structures and Rosewood Veneer belts.
The backs and seats benefit from artisanal Cannage in very good condition, made up of strips of Rattan in nuanced colors.
The first, high, are rounded at the top and openwork at the bottom. They are bordered by a Rosewood Marquetry frieze, itself highlighted by lemon tree fillets. We find this same Decor on the band located under the seats.
The latter owe their reliability – in particular – to their squareness, and their Horseshoe shape offers a generous and comfortable seating surface. It should also be noted that they are molded around their edges.
Each of these seats rests on two turned front legs, decorated with brass rosettes at the top and finished with shoes of the same alloy. The rear legs are arched for optimal stability.
This Pair of Light and Sober Chairs will find its place among antique furniture as well as in a more contemporary interior.
