Ma Boutique Père Lachaise.... du beau pour tous.Bistrot chair by Kohn, circa 1900, this chair is catalogued under N°60 (see 1898 catalog in PJ). A very fine example, rare with caning and in full size, we have kept its Empire black of which there is not 40% left. The elegance of this chair, as was common in this era of production, is relative to the very strong variations in cross-section, with one rear leg oscillating from 36 mm to 25 mm in diameter in 3 different places. Much more elegant and lightweight than chairs with cylindrical legs! Dimensions: Seat height: 47 cm Seat: 40X41 cm. Total height: 89 cm Very stable chair, ready for everyday use.
