Chair N°14 ½ dates from 1910, so it's a chair with a bistro footprint but a seat height of 47 cm, (bistro chairs are generally 46 cm).
We don't know who made it, but the workmanship is of the highest quality, with reinforcing brackets between the seat and back, and a rare color - common in bistros of the "belle époque" -. I've enclosed a Thonet color chart showing the variations possible around 1900.
The Art Nouveau seat is little-known and very elegant. Described as "waterproof" by a stamp.
Total height: 86 cm, seat height: 47 cm, diameter: 38 cm
