Hofmann Joseph was an Austrian bentwood manufacturer who worked from 1880 to 1907, when he joined the Mundus Consortium. Not to be confused with designer Joseph Hoffmann (1870-1956), co-founder of the Wiener Werkstatte and one of the leading figures of the Viennese Secession.
