Set of 2 Mahieu Bistrot chairs in very good condition, produced in 1950.
Solid seats in good condition.
These are very comfortable, small-sized chairs, designed to manage space in estaminets, yet with a seat height of 47 cm, making them comfortable.
Walnut color. Seat height: 47 cm, Total height: 81 cm, Seat: 37X40cm
They all have their MAHIEU label under the seat. They were obviously the property of the HAAG brewery in Ingwiller - Bas Rhin, (stencilled in Gothic letters). They were loaned to café managers in return for beer purchases.
