Broken walnut Duchesse resting on 4 curved legs, linked by a sinuous belt, molded and carved with foliage and flowers on the facade and front legs.
The winged backrest also features carved decoration.
The stool is similarly made, with a convex crosspiece to match the front of the bergère and a concave crosspiece to finish off the seat.
In very good condition, this seat has been upholstered and trimmed in "Pierre FREY" fabric. The backrest is upholstered in check fabric.
French Louis XV period from the second half of the 18th century.
