Thonet armchair N° 1392 or N° A392 from 1925, both canes are perfect, beautiful and solid.
This "modern" model has been available since 1912 in the Russian catalog, manufactured by "Noworandomsku", then 1920 and at least until 1928 in European catalogs.
Mahogany color under blond shellac.
Perfectly original, certainly very little used. Almost lacking patina for 100 years of existence!
It has the specific Thonet "roupie" effect, where the original marking is still faded in these years of production. A tiny snippet of the label confirms its manufacturer.
Total width: 59cm, total height: 95cm, seat: 42X45cm, seat height: 47cm; height in front of armrests: 72cm.
