Large shepherd's chair on tapered, fluted and filleted legs. Molded waistband, floret connection. Scrolled armrests. Gendarme-cap back. Large size!
Typical of provincial production south of the Lyon region.

Condition report: seat fully restored. Reworked joinery, re-trimmed and re-glued assemblies, new upholstery, including a removable cushion on both sides, upholstered in a superb 100% silk fabric from Lelièvre called "Catherine de Russie".
