Shipping

Our main depot is located in Montpellier in the South of France. The majority of our stock will be dispatched from this location.

For smaller items weighing less than 20kg and with a circumference of 180cm (w+hx2) this will be a box of approximately 50 x 30 x 40cm.

Delivery 7-14 days depending on your location.

You may be subject to customs charges for your parcel which will be payable on delivery of your item. Please contact our dedicated team for more information before you purchase.

Large Items to UK & EU

These items will be dispatched with our own courier partners who operate between the UK, France and Spain. We aim to dispatch these items within 2-4 weeks. We can ship to other EU countries but delivery times will vary.

Large Items - Shipping Overseas

We will need your full address to obtain a true shipping cost from our courier partners.

Once all costs are agreed, we will arrange packing and crating if required.

The shipment will then be delivered to our UK freight forwarding partners and booked for the next sailing.

Sailings can take between 2-4 weeks depending on your destination.

If you do not have a customs broker to arrange customs duties (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and paperwork, our shipping partners can assist you.

These overseas deliveries can take between 4-8 weeks.

Insurance

For any shipment for which you have paid additional insurance fees, in the unfortunate event of damage during transit. All damages must be reported to the final destination carrier and to us immediately so that we can initiate the claims process.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase to arrange a return and refund.

Returns must be in the original packaging as received

Items must be returned in "as sold" condition.

The buyer must notify the relevant shipping company that this is a return and cover all costs.
