Temple ridge ornament known, according to interpretations, as "Garuda" (Sanskrit: Eagle), mount of the god Vishnu or "Hong/Hamsa" (Thai: Hong /Sanskrit: Hamsa) representing the mythical bird or swan/goose, animal vehicle (vâhana) of the god Brahma.
Carved wood, vestige of red and gold polychromy (Colours of Brahma). Thailand, late 19th / early 20th century.
Dimensions of the shofa without the base: 140 cm
Delivered with its white or black steel base, adjustable inclination of the shofa.
