A remarkable work of late Gothic style made by a master sculptor in the 1500s. A Germanic work.
In carved wood and with a hollowed back, our representation is beautifully polychromed and gilded.
Margaret of Antioch with the Archangel Michael and Catherine of Alexandria, are said to have appeared to Saint Joan of Arc to entrust her with the mission of liberating the kingdom of France.
Excellent condition - Some cracks and minor defects
