Polychrome terracotta sculpture, signed Ezio Caccarelli (1865-1927). This Italian sculptor, President of the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, is known for his award-winning work depicting realistic and expressive human figures.
This work, titled “Les Noces D’or” and published by “Fontaine & Durieux Paris”, depicts a couple with wrinkled features embracing tenderly. The man places his hand on his wife's shoulder.
