The ichthyocentaur, also called centaur-triton, or sea centaur, with a fish body, and front legs of a horse (sea horse that pulls Poseidon's chariot), belongs to the family of Centaurs who lived on Mount Pelion, but were chased towards Mount Pholoe by the Lapiths.
