In 1909, he emigrated to France, where he settled in Paris. He is famous for his female nudes. He exhibited his first work in 1913 at the Salon de la Société des artistes français , where he exhibited regularly until 1936.
He used materials such as bronze, marble, terracotta and sometimes wood. He received numerous awards for his work.
Some of his works are manufactured and distributed by the renowned art publisher and foundryman Goldscheider.
