Polychrome earthenware sculpture signed on the reverse by Isabelle Delcourt known as Bel Delcourt (1915-2017).
This French ceramist is known for having collaborated with Quimper pottery for three decades.
This work features a couple of young Breton dancers in traditional clothes in black, white, yellow and orange tones.
The woman dressed in a long dress and wearing a headdress holds the arm of her partner who does the same. Both seem to move forward, in step, in rhythm and in coordination.
