Fragmentary marble head of a beardless young man, with curly hair, with two small wings at the top of the skull.
The face, with almond-shaped eyes whose expression remains to be imagined, is framed by dense curls modeled in stylized spirals.

The head is worked in the round and certain details of the face were made with a drill bit, such as the wattles and the ears. The hair and wings have been detailed to the tip while the face and neck have been polished

Presented on a steel base painted in imitation of Egyptian red porphyry.
