The eight-armed androgynous form of Vishnu & Lakshmi, known (among others) as Lakshmi-narayana, Vasudeva & Lakshmi.
Standing in samabhanga. His right half is that of Vishnu and his left is that of Lakshmi.
Vishnu's attributes are clearly represented: chakra (wheel), sankha (conch shell), gada (mace) and padma (lotus), as are Lakshmi's: Kalasa (pot), darpana (mirror), saroja (lotus) and pustaka (book).
One of the most distinctive features of this image is the hairstyle on Vishnu's side attached in Jata, which he usually wears in (Tiare) Mukuta.
