Beautiful and large bronze sculpture by Alexandre Kelety, benefiting from a harmonious green patina, depicting an athletic man sowing seeds across fields.

Alexandre Kelety (1874-1940) is a Hungarian sculptor, born in Budapest. He studied under the direction of Imre Karoly Simay (1874-1955), a famous sculptor and painter in Hungary. Kelety emigrated to France after the First World War. His sculptures were presented at the International Exhibition of Modern Decorative and Industrial Arts in 1925. He also exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Décorateurs in 1927.
