Jean GARNIER 1853 / 1910
Born in Mouzeuil (Vendée) on March 24, 1853, J. Garnier is a sculptor, enameler and chaser.
This artist regularly participates in the Salon des Artistes from 1883 to 1905 with statuettes in different materials:
Singing Nymph, terracotta, 1892, Reverie, plaster in 1893, marble the following year, Oh! The Frog, wax, 1894 - Victorious Amazon, bronze, 1896, Coral, tin, 1897, Gladiator, plaster, 1905.
He received an honorable mention in 1892.
One of his works is kept at the Bordeaux Museum: Young Girl with an Arrow.
