Description

This regal lion exudes massive power. The king of the animals doesn't have to do anything to impress. Before the First World War, Alberic Collin worked daily in the Antwerp Zoo for many years, together with his colleague and friend Rembrandt Bugatti. He knew the animals inside and out. His work was also strongly influenced by that of Bugatti. Today, Collin is considered the most famous Belgian animalier worldwide, whose work is often collected. This great Cire Perdue cast bronze is founded by Rocher in Paris around 1980.
