Cylindrical covered ointment jar or sugar bowl in soft porcelain. Saint-Cloud style. Mid 18th century. White enameled porcelain decorated (in the White China style) with prunus branches in light relief. Double silver-plated bronze mounts at the neck of the pot and at the base of the lid. Mark on the underside S.C T and artist's mark to be deciphered R or G. Silvering in good condition.
