A fine set of Paris porcelain "lave main" or "lavabo", Empire style, Charles X Restoration period, early 19th century circa 1820.

It consists of an ewer and a navette cup. Very fine polychrome decoration with rotating landscapes on a gold background.

Our set is typical of early 19th-century bedroom furnishings, intended to be placed on a commode. It is in excellent, accident-free condition, with fresh gilding (some local wear).
