Pair of covered jars, also called ginger jars, in white-blue porcelain with a dark blue floral and vine motif on a white background and bold dark blue Chinese characters on the sides.
These Chinese pots are part of an important collection of ceramics imported from China between 1950 and 1990, Republic era, by Amedeo Caminati of Genoa, a pioneer of trade with this Far Eastern country.
