Sauce boat in Paris porcelain, decorated with friezes and trelliswork enhanced with fine gold, neat model with ring-shaped handles, palmette-shaped lid, fine gold gilding, polished with agate. It bears the Manufacture Nast signature in iron red on the underside; produced in the Empire-Restoration period circa 1810-1820.

Based in Paris, Manufacture Nast was founded in 1784 and operated until 1830. It supplied French high society and several European courts.
At the time, this type of sauceboat was also called a sugar bowl.

Our gravy boat is in excellent condition, with exceptionally fresh gilding and no damage.
