Set of 8 dessert plates and 1 compotier mounted on a pedestal, of scalloped shape with gilded threads in fine gold and all the pieces stamped with the coat of arms of the Bizemont families (azure with a gold chevron, accompanied in chief by two silver crescents, and in base by a gold spur rowel) and Offoy (silver with an azure saltire quartered by four gules alerions) under a Count's crown. Period mid-19th century, circa 1850.

A fine example of the art of living of the aritocracy in the 19th century, in perfect condition: the gilding is impeccable, very shiny, no lack or accident (stains on the gilding of the 8th plate).
