* Raynaud :
In 1919, the de Montjovis factory was bought by Martial Raynaud. He expanded the company, which became Raynaud & Cie in 1925, adopting an "R" with a laurel branch as its logo. Sensitive to the artistic ebullience of his time, he opened his creations to the new inspirations of Art Nouveau and Art Deco, while defending the Limoges porcelain tradition. The company quickly made a name for itself, notably with vases and cups featuring pearls and enamels, a unique style inspired by traditional Hungarian techniques passed on to him by his father. In 1952, André Raynaud took over from his father. New techniques emerge, enabling the porcelain industry to broaden its creative horizons. Compagnie des Indes "copies de Chine" were reissued for him, shapes were renewed (the square plates in the "Elite" collection are featured at the Centre Beaubourg and the Musée des Arts Décoratifs5 ), and the works of great artists (Cocteau, Arman, Dali, Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, Carven and Raymond Loewy, among others) were at the heart of the creation. In 1992, Bertrand Raynaud, representing the third generation, took over the management of the family business when it was acquired by the goldsmith Ercuis.
