    Service tête à tête, composed of a pair of large Empire-style chocolate / breakfast cups and their saucers in gilded Paris porcelain, decorated with cornflowers, filets and palmettes gilded in fine gold. Restoration period, circa 1830.

    Our cup is a rare large format, whose useful volume lends itself to use as a breakfast cup today in the 21st century. The set is in very good condition: very fresh gilding, no damage except for a hair on one cup.
