Italian landscape decoration: each piece is a unique painting with fanciful architecture in the Italian style, enhanced with fine gold-gilded trim. Italian-style decoration services can be found of varying quality; this one is characterized by the finesse of its decoration, animated by small figures, the freshness of its colors, and the quality of the gilding.

Beautiful set typical of the Empire-Romantic period; it is rare to find a service for 10 that is still complete. Our cups are the small model, also perfectly suited for a mocha or ristretto.

Very good condition throughout, with fresh polychrome paint. This is a 200-year-old production: the manufacturing defects of that era are still present, including the large shaped pieces (the jugs leaned slightly during firing in the kiln). A few minor accidents should be noted: a hair on the small jug, a chip on the inner rim of the sugar bowl lid (many additional photos are available on our website).
