Portrait of Filshyma ( Fize ) de Lobel-Mahy, born on September 28, 1832 at Château de Woesten ( Ypres ), died in Paris on April 2, 1923, signed Louise Landré and dated 1877, top left, in a wood and gilded stucco frame with patina. 56 X 46 cm, 64.5 X 56 outside the frame.label on the back "Fize de lobel, soeur de mon grand pére, Jean de Lobel Mahy".
Louise Amélie Landré, born January 31, 1852 in Paris, died February 6, 1934. A pupil of Charles Chaplin, Barias and Jean Hubert, she debuted at the Paris Salon in 1876 and was a member of the Sociétaire des Artistes Français from 1885.
