, born April 29, 1864 in Paris and died August 31, 1951 in Viroflay, is a French painter and engraver.

As a painter, Léon Ruffe exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français from 1888, where he received a mention, until 1900. He specialized in genre scenes and landscapes. In 1901, he was a member of the jury of this salon. In 1908, he received the medal of honor in the engraving-lithography section at this same salon.
