Maurice de BUZON (1879/1958). A descendant of GOYA close to Suzanne VALADON and Maurice DENIS, one of the founders of the school of Algiers is above all the Cantor of Kabylia.
Oil on canvas board, 0.37 x 0.46 signed lower right and located Douar Abderamane, dated 1940.
His son and grandson were murdered in Algiers in 1962 while trying to save his workshop.
