Louis Auguste Charles Casavino is a French painter, lithographer and engraver born in Tunis in 1921.
A lover of the contrasts caused by intense light, he traveled extensively in the south of France, Spain and Africa. He is responsible for landscapes of Tunisia, the Antilles and the Canary Islands.
A classic realist landscape painter.
He died in 1998 in Port-Marly.
