Henry Paul Edmond Caron was born on May 9, 1860 and died in Paris on September 29, 1941.
A painter of landscapes and seascapes, he was a pupil of Raphaël Colin, Caudron, Bouguereau and Cartier. A regular exhibitor at the Salon des Artistes Français from 1888 to 1938, he received an honorable mention in 1904. He became a permanent member of the Artistes Français in 1894.
