    We found a name in pencil, and this is what we managed to read on the frame: "Elvina Reaume de Fehlen". The frame has palmettes and dates from the early 19th century.
    The work is unrestored, but beautifully made.
    There is some rubbing and scratching, particularly in the sky, and some staining, especially in the clouds. There are significant marks on a tree trunk and two horizontal marks in the sky. These are visible in the photos.
    However, the work remains in acceptable condition.
    There is some rubbing, some wear to the gilding and a few small marks on the frame.
    We have done a basic cleaning.
