Landscape on the edge of the Marne painted in 1902
The work represents the banks of the Marne with its path of hallage, very beautiful boat in the center of the painting with its departure from the pier. Houses with willows and poplars reflected in the water, in summer. Paul MORIZET needed to paint in the open air to find his inspiration.
