Jacques Rozier, born in Soisson in 1907, was a pupil of Marius Gueit in Bordeaux. A landscape painter, he exhibited at the salon of French artists in Luxembourg, London and Bordeaux. Winner of the Deauville international prize, he was also a member of French artists.
