Oil on rectangular panel representing a group of fishermen on the beach. Behind them a clear sea in which is reflected a pretty pink and pearly light from a sky slightly covered with clouds. Work with a fairly lively and marked touch on the beach and the characters, flattened in shape. Pescatori” (i.e. fishermen in Italian). Signature in red at the bottom left on the front of the painting "F. Morello" for Federico Morello (1885-1945), Italian painter accustomed to scenes of seaside landscapes, which shows fishermen or walkers. He works a lot on the touch by flattened rectangles and on the light, with soft and rather warm colors served by skies often covered with a few clouds. Frame in black lacquered molded wood and gold highlights. Work from the beginning of the 20th century.
